Received it last week. Delivery was as scheduled and uneventful. Easy installation but had to call about handle installation as the instructions did not say remove seal from area where screws were located. Went on line to Magnum Cellars and left a phone number on a Saturday and received a call back within 3 minutes. Very helpful. Product looks good and was easy to program, once figured out how to use the two touch system. May need an appliance extension cord if not within the 6 foot cord. Holding temperature at 54 degrees and is very quiet. Excellent product and service. Shelves are very solid and display is beautiful. Would highly recommend this product

After a long time looking for a free standing vintage view wine cellar, Magnum Cellars came through.THANKS MC We have had it about 2 weeks now and it is running well and holding temperature throughout the unit at 54 degrees.Very quiet.Shelves are sturdy.The shelves can be pulled out as they say to see the labels on all the bottles on the shelf.Blue lighting is a nice touch.Contrary to another reviewer, I was told the unit is made in China and quality controlled from the company in Quebec with visits to the production plant in China.And a big shout out to Costco for honoring the lower promotional price within the 30 day window we purchased the unit.

Purchased 2 units over a month ago and opted for the white glove service. Units were unboxed and placed in the location of my choosing. I switched the door on one unit so that it's looks like a side by side fridge now. I left the doors open and unit unplugged for 24 hours.It definitely is the quietest and nicest unit I have owned. The bottle display is by far the most attractive way to store the wine.It holds the set temperature to one degree. Doors shut with almost a vacuum seal.Definitely would repurchase.The instructions are lacking as to how to set the temperature. Basically hold the power and light buttons for about 5 seconds and then adjust the temperature.

Bought this wine fridge after researching just about every Wine fridge on the market. Really a top quality product. Love the way you can look at your wines without having to open the doors. It is a very quiet unit, I have a 46 bottle fridge in the same room that is louder. Got the white glove delivery which made the set up painless. Just tighten 2 screws for the handle. I did have a couple questions about the controls and Magnum's customer service picked up the phone on the first ring and answered all my questions.

Purchased the Magnum 148 bottle wine cellar a week ago and it was just delivered. Racks work really well and can fit large bottles next to each other without losing any bottle storage on each shelf (fits 12 per shelf). Good spacing between shelves so it doesn't interfere with storage or scrape the labels. Overall construction and finish is top quality and the unit is very quiet and is holding temperature. Only been a few days but very pleased with the cellar and would recommend the cellar.

Showed up on time, in great condition. White Glove service brought it to the final location. They showed me where the hidden screws were so I could install the handle. It's loaded full, very quiet, and cooling well so far after about a month of operation. The wire racks do tend to bend down a bit, which I read from other reviewers, but it has not affected the functionality. The ability to store ALL sizes of bottles, see the bottle labels from the front and top, and the ability to pull the shelves all the way out make this the best designed wine fridge I've seen.

I had never heard of Magnum Cellars when I saw it for sale online at Costco. I checked out the website for the manufacturer and decided to call them and find out more about the product. I learned that they have been selling to Costco Canada for two years and just got their product carried by Costco in the U.S. The person whom I spoke with answered all my questions and even provided me with specific information about the compressor model.Based on that call I decided to purchase the cellar. The cellar was delivered one week after I ordered it. The white glove delivery service was excellent and the unit was placed exactly where we wanted it. As a previous reviewer noted you do have to install the handle which is simple to do. I waited 24 hours before turning the unit on and have been slowly filling the wine cellar with bottles over the past few days. The shelves pull out with very little effort I love the horizontal arrangement which allows me to see the bottles without having to pull a bottle out of the traditional pigeon hole rack. The cellar cooled down very quickly.I had a question about the controls (I couldn't figure out how to turn the light on) and once again my call to Magnum Cellars was quickly picked up and the gentleman walked me through entire control process. Fantastic customer service. By the way, the customer service person confirmed that the 2 year warranty is on the entire unit including the compressor. All the other cellars I looked at only warranted the compressor for 1 year.The temperature does not fluctuate very much at all-when the display goes up by 1 degree the compressor comes on and quickly brings it back to the set temperature.Even with the door open while loading bottles the unit cooled down within a few minutes.I highly recommend this wine cellar-it seems to be very well built and the customer service folks in Montreal (it is made in Canada) go out of their way to make sure youare satisfied with your purchase.I highly recommend this cellar to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality

I was deciding between a EuroCave and then Costco suddenly started showing this unit. I researched the unit and found that the compressor is of very high quality and this is extremely important to me. I took a leap of faith and purchased this unit from Costco online a little over 1 week ago and it arrived today. I paid for white glove delivery so that includes the delivery to the location in my house but not setting up the unit (I had to install the handle, etc.).The delivery went smooth and no damage occurred.The unit is very solid, well built. Nothing is flimsy on the construction. Runs smooth and cools down very quickly. The humidity level claims it will be around 70% to 80% so we will see, as I put a humidity gauge inside the unit. The bottle arrangement (they lay horizontally) is fantastic so you can easily see all your wine varieties by pulling how each shelf, which is strong. The blue light is a nice touch. So far I am impressed with the unit. Lets hope I have no problems.
