I love this refrigerator but I'm only giving it 4 stars because this is our 3rd one -- the previous 2 each failed after about 14-16 months of use. If this one fails I won't ever purchase another Samsung Refrigerator. . They have great features. We really like the Family Hub. It's great being able to display pictures of places we've traveled and family members. The challenge is, if it doesn't keep you food cold or frozen it's worthless. Each time it took over 2 months to get a replacement. We were living out of a Yeti Ice Chest which was really frustrating. Our repair man recommended LG products -- more expensive but more reliable.

As well as being a very competent refrigerator, the screen and android OS has been a very interesting addition to technology in the house. We are still getting used to the newness of concept and extent of features but I'm pretty sure we are going to become reliant on some important features. Camera access has been a notable item which is more useful than we thought it would be. Super spot for grandkid scribbles and visitor messages and the go to spot for instant radio and Youtube videos. However, time will only tell how reliable and fixable all this technology is. So far it does better that the 12 year old LG it replaced

My refrigerator is beautiful! It looks sleeks, yet fun with the LCD screen. I love the different compartments of the fridge and freezer and their customizability. It keeps everything cold super well, I’ve never drank this cold of water until this refrigerator. I love it! Just made sure to wait 24 hours for the ice. We thought it wasn’t working but after morning came, voila! The ice maker worked. I would be completely satisfied if the delivery wasn’t so long.

This just replace our failed 3 month old Kitchen Aid which we "thought" was a good refrigerator . After having this one for a few weeks now we are glad the other one died so we could purchase this one. The lower right compartment is set for "white wine" instead of two freezer sections. The sound bar sounds really nice for music playing in the kitchen. The weather and calendar on the screen is really handy too. So far so good.

We love the fact that we can choose from freezer to refrigerator on the bottom one! The screen is beautiful, and we hear music on it all the time.The only thing that I am not very happy about is that you can see the finger prints where you open and close, I have to clean it all the time, but it is a great purchase!
