Pro: Easy to set up, good camera quality and options for sensitivity, good range, rechargeable batteries, 2 options for mounting include more hidden strong magnets or stems that stick out more. 7 days of cloud storage for free and recordings are easily managed to delete or save.
Con: within one month, twice have had to reset our base due to internet connectivity offline. One of these happened while we were on vacation when we needed it most. This appears to be a common problem and if it keeps up we will return them. We need a reliable system as we are away often for long lengths of time and have no one who can come into our house to reset it.

I bought the Arlo Pro 2 System last Thursday, Installed all cameras and downloaded updates and followed instructions through downloaded app on my phone.
Everything worked Great and as described.
Cameras system was recording that evening and I could see everything on my phone.
Then I tried to configure Siren to react to camera motion or at the very least respond to my command from my phone.
NO SIREN WITHIN BASE STATION. Have to no return system that otherwise would be great.
Costco 3 camera/base station package has a 3500 series base station and Siren only comes with 4000 series base station or higher.

I bought the Arlo pro 2 from Costco. Within 5 days one of my cameras motion sensor failed. Arlo support troubleshot the issue, determined it was a bad camera. Arlo support emailed a website to start the RMA process. The first option listed as FREE was NOT free at all. This Arlo RMA process requires first sending the defective camera to Arlo at customer expense, once camera is received by Arlo warehouse a new or refurbished camera will be sent out to customer. I have never had an RMA process cause a customer to pay for the return os the defective item. ESPECIALLY when the item was under a week old. Thank to Costco for allowing an exchange of the faulty item using the Costco return process.
