I've been using this hot tub for 2.5 months and am completely happy with it. It's simple, lightweight and nearly maintenance free. I love the fact that it can be plugged into a 110v, 15amp receptacle. I will say that the heater will not keep up in maintaining 103 degree temperature (if it's below freezing outside) after a couple hours of use with the cover off, but I am very satisfied with the performance using only 110v 15amp. I realize the water heater would keep the water to temp if I chose one of the other two heater wiring options. With the included cover on, the heater has no problem keeping my hot tub at my chosen 103 degree temp. I'm happy with this hot tub. It is also simple to drain.

I received the spa on time with no problem and the two guys that dropped it off were more than willing to help with what ever needed to happen. I had an old Coleman tub for ten years but I finally decided to let it go. It was a nice tub and ran on 220 volt. I was a little worried about the 110 volt spa but so far so good. I just hooked the spa up this last Friday, it is Monday now. The spa took 26 hours to heat but seems to work well once up to temp. I live in Michigan so I'll have to see how well it deals with the extreme cold. The add says it is well insulated? So far we both like it.

I bought this awesome hot tub about a month ago, and couldn't be happier with it. I almost made the mistake of buying a similar one at our state fair a few weeks earlier, which if I had would have cost me more than double the price of this one, for basically the exact same thing. I'm delighted with every single thing about this hot tub, from the ease of its initial set up, to how super quiet and well insulated it is. I use it every night before bed and sometimes in the morning as well...heaven in my backyard. If you're in the market for a smaller hot tub, seriously look no further... this one is AMAZING in every way!

We were looking for a spa that was just the right size for the two of us. We searched several places but they were either too big, or the price point was ridiculous. This product meet all of our needs. The plug and play feature was easy, and seating area is roomy and the jets are set up nicely. There is a bench area which has the jets on the side, which makes it great when sitting on the bench. However when reclining, they are not as comfortable. I would have liked the jets to be in the bench instead so then when reclining it is more comfortable. But it does not deter from my recommendation.

Purchased late Nov '17, delivered and first used on New Years '17/'18! Perfect size for our small yard, EZ to setup/fill. Using the 110v Plug ' Play option, heater works surprisingly well (OK, we live in Sonoma, CA), minimal impact on the PG&E bill, about $15 if that.A bit deep for my wife, but a spa cushion from AMAZON fixed that issue easily enough for her.Is this truly a 4 person spa? Well, maybe for us and our 3 year old Granddaughter, but that's gonna be it. Since it's just the two of us 95% of the time, this is PERFECT!If it's "just the two" of you, this will be a wonderful and simple addition to your outdoor living space...

Received this product in 3 weeks after purchase. Delivery guys were awesome and placed it exactly where we wanted. Once positioned, it was very easy for two people to move (spin around to position just right). Took over 24 hours to get to max temp of 104 degrees but holds temperature well. LED light is bright (almost too bright). Great tub for two average adults, anymore would be a tight fit. Deep tub, water level up to shoulders. Description says electrical cord is 15ft but only about 12ft is available for use, the remaining is wrapped inside. For the price we have been very happy, only regret is we didn't purchase earlier!

We have just received this hot tub about 3 days ago and I have it wired w 240v and it uses barley anythin for energy it isn’t loud heated up from 53• in denver at night at 30• outside in 4 hours so it works fantastic mechanical wise but the instructions for chemicals it gives which is why I gave 4 stars because it doesn’t have a preference for chemicals so I went with spa choice chemicals and I have had the hardest problem getting the bromine to show on a test I just wished this kit came with a start up chemical kit so we can atleast get the tub established maybe that’s just me but I feel like they should and give an options for the chlorine start up or bromine

I've had this hot tub for about a week and used it several times. I am impressed with the quality and have not ran into any issues yet. On high power the jets are strong so I usually have it on low. Seems to retain heat well. Had 3 adults and a 5 year old in it for about 45 mins and it only lost about 3 degrees. It is small so I wouldn't get in with 3 other adults. I bought the smaller size since it will be mostly me in there anyway. The only thing I don't like is that I have a hard time finding a comfortable spot to lounge in. I am 5' 9" and can stretch my legs but I find myself moving from corner to corner to get comfortable. Other than that, I recommend this and happy so far.
