This hot tub is absolutely perfect! It isn't too big or too small. My husband and I have used it every single day since it arrived. We are utilizing a 110V outlet and it only took 16 hours to come to temperature. It also holds its temperature perfectly. The waterfall, optional lights, and sweet cupholders and space to chill a bottle make it amazing! Thank you, Costco! (PS we had concerns about how to get it past our gate onto our patio. The delivery guys were awesome and offered to help without my even asking. We tipped them as a thank you!)

I bought this tub about a month ago. I've owned many different spas. I chose this one for the ECONOMIC price and many features. I have to say I made an EXCELLENT choice! The NUMERIOUS jets are perfectly placed, the power is terrific. Set up is quick and easy. I do wish there was a sample kit of chemical product to get started. However , I understand with shipping how that might not be possible. I bought this for my medical conditions and am quite satisfied, it gives me great comfort and satisfaction. I have space enough to do my water exercises, surprisingly quite spacious with it's oval shape. This tub appears to hold the temperature. We have had record snowfall and cold in our area since receiving the tub.
I would highly recommend this tub to anyone.

I was a little skeptical at first. But if I could encourage anyone about the product, the price and delivery, I was shocked. I looked at ALL comparing hot tubs with similar upgrades as this tub has, and the value and quality is undeniably impressive.
Delivery was simple and packaged well. A little old lady isn’t going to pack this to the back yard, but two capable persons can easily roll and dolly this tub with no issues. Every set up detail is spot on and detailed when you found your spot. Pull the panel and get the power cord, fill and heat. With some chemicals within 24 hours the tub is ready to go! The only slight complaint I have is re assembly of the panel. Screws don’t want to align correctly.
If you are skeptical as I was, don’t be. I use my tub every single day and I love it!

Shipping ~ I bought this spa in the beginning of the year (2019). They contacted within a couple of days saying they received the order, a couple of days later they said it shipped and provided a tracking number, this is when it got a bit odd.
The tracking said the spa left San Diego and was in LA, I figured at this rate I'd have it in a few days since I'm in Northern California, only about 8 hours away. That was not the case, is sat in Sacramento Ca for about a week before it was finally shipped to Reno NV, only 1 1/2 hours away, where it sat for another week, they finally contacted me on a Friday for delivery the following Monday - I could have picked it up myself in Sacramento and saved two weeks of waiting for them to fill their truck... The delivery company gave a time between 8-12 and didn't show until about 1:30pm. They unloaded and were gone within about 15 min. Spa ~ The spa came well packaged, wrapped in plastic and strapped on it's side to a wooden pallet.
It is very light weight, myself and a friend were able to unwrap it and set it down. The power cord is tucked in under the control panel and zip tied (you will need to remove the panel screws and panel above the cord in able to access the zip tie), it needs to be cut free. The drain hose is about a foot away both hose and cord are visible behind small mouse holes cut into the bottom of the cover.
The directions are not very thorough and the website is worse so, youtube may help if you have questions
After securing the cover to the side of the spa I began to fill it (Don't over fill it or, you'll be bailing water out when you get in, leave some space for boddy mass displacement), it filled suprisingly quick. The spa took about 24 hours to reach 104 degrees, that was my cue to hop in ~ I'm about 6-1 and I find the water level low, my shoulders are exposed and my feet stretch across to the other side. my wife is 5-6 and she fits fine. We found ourselves kind of fighting for leg position because no matter where you sit, you're close to each other and touching legs. The only way you'd fit 4 persons in this spa is if they were all under 4 foot! Don't believe the pic showing the family of 4 enjoying it - (Very deceiving) in reality, they'd be playing Twister under the water trying to get comfortable.
The seats are so-so, not comfortable but, not uncofortable, they suffice
The texture is a little rough but, not uncomfortable.
Jets are adequate, they create a nice whirlpool action especially when they bubbles are on, the bubbles are the best part and the reason the temp drops when used in 110v since the heater and jets can't run together unless you have 220v
The LED light is bright and the colors look great at night. The waterfall is ok, not too strong but, a bit noisy so, we don't use it much.
The spa comes with plastic stairs, they snap together quickly, my wife uses them but, it's easier for me to just step over the side getting in and out.
After use, we re-cover the spa and it takes a couple hours to get back to the 104 degrees we have it set at, it turns on periodically to keep the set temp, right now it's snowing so, it's pretty cool outside. If you're looking for a small, less expensive, but, adequate hot tub for 2, or maybe 3 people this is a good choice.

Really enjoying this spa, was $1,000 less than a comparable spa at the local dealer - which was not as deep.

We wanted a small hot tub that was energy efficient. This one has all the features of a larger high-end Spa but the price is low and there is no shortage of features. We are running ours in an off-grid home and find that the efficiency is high enough to not cause us problems. Two of us use it but four friends could fit.

If the spa would have worked upon arrival, everything would have been grand. However, the temp only got to 93 degrees and after a couple calls to service and two weeks of waiting, I chose to return it after talking to the Costco information desk. The service at the Aquaterra Spas Service Desk is non-existent ... they asked how I knew it wasn't 100 degrees and questioned whether I knew how to use a thermometer properly. Rather than informing the gentlemen that I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and do indeed have a clue, I told him instead that Costco has very good return policies and that was my next step.

Advertised as 220 gal. but enclosed paper work says 185 GAL. Filter is too short to accept internal/alternative sanitizing sticks. Absent those two issues it is a great tub for one or two adults. I have it heating to 102 degrees only on the two 2 1/2 hour filter cycles that I have set up and have had no problem with the temperature on my one hour soaks. Plug and play works fine for my needs. Tub has been up and running for one month and I soak every other day. New filters do not appear to be easy to find, so I purchased two extras from the manufacturer to make sure I can get them if I need them later. Appears to be well insulated and sealed. It's been in the 20s at night and still 102* when I get in, in the morning.
