Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to: As per directions of current Sales Associate or Supervisor.

Shipping policy/charges

Note: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from www.samufoodsandbeverages.com  or (https://triple-deal.com/).

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance (within 24 hours of receipt.)

Sale items

Sale items may be refunded.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

  1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.  Please email info@samufoodsandbeverages.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 

  2.  Mail your returned item to (Please contact 1-800-485-5109 for an appropriate address before mailing.):

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing or other items for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Turnaround Procedure

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
